The community center serves a village in Shariatpur - providing essential medical services and provisions for arranging various communal functions and festivals with its multipurpose hall. The very narrow site and the east-west elongated orientation posed some challenges in the design process. Openings were redirected to catch the southern wind and the roof extended to shade the building.
