The site of the ecotrims indusctrial park is beautiful - having a large pond and numous existing trees. The revised masterplan proposed by our team largely preserved that existing landscape and water body and a very compact and programetically dense building is prepared with both adminstration and production combined as an intersection of two masses. Deep shading provides protection from the sun and the rain.
